- First, we conducted an analysis of the functioning of the online store. We found out what works wrong: why customers, when they visit the site, do not make purchases, but quickly leave it. Weaknesses were identified and ways to eliminate them were outlined.
- We made a "Personal account" of the buyer. Also, a "Personal Account for corporate clients" was created separately, so that the client could add one or more companies there, and when buying a certain product, choose which brand he wants to give preference to.
- Reconfigured the "Basket". Now it is more convenient and easy to handle.
- For payment, equaling was enabled from Sberbank. So that visitors, without going anywhere, could immediately deposit money for the order.
- There was a lot of work on the backend — working out the software and hardware of the service so that the functioning inside the site went without delays, as if by notes.
- A small alteration was also made on the layout. Some "problematic" elements were turned over.
- Testing was carried out at all stages, and we found out how much the functionality of the site has improved. We refined everything to the maximum possible indicators.
Control diagnostics showed that now the site is convenient and practical. It is simple and easy to use for both customers and employees. Sales from it have grown significantly. The money invested pays off with a vengeance.
